Here's a bunch of questions that we often get asked - we'll keep things updated as more questions get... frequently asked.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for my recording session?

Preparation is key to making sure your session runs successfully and to time and budget requirements. We made a helpful video with a bunch of tips you can check out on The Blog

How much will my project cost?

In order to give you an idea of the time and cost to complete a project, we need some details about what you're hoping to create. Each project has as many differences as it does similarities, so the best way to work out how to get a good recording is to contact us and give us as much information as possible - this might include the number of songs you want to record, what instruments and how many players are involved, if you already have a budget in mind, etc.

I have some basic songs written, but I can’t play drums/piano/nose-flute to flesh out the arrangement - do you know any session players that can help?

We can often help with some instrumentation in-house (drums, guitars, bass, etc) and we have tons of virtual instruments that we can programme to create realistic performances. We also have a great community of performers that work with us and can be hired to help complete your project. Just let us know what you need and we'll see who we can find... ok, the nose-flute might be an issue.

I have some lyrics written but no music, can you help create a track from scratch?

We're certainly happy to help with the composition and arrangement of a song for you to perform to. This might be based off a home demo or reference tracks. Again, get in touch with us and tell us all about what you want to achieve and we’ll help you work out a plan to get there.
